I would suggest putting together a political action committee. And I would
start working on a platform of what you as a blind community would like to
see in Tallahassee for your residents. I would also include not just the
blind, but persons with all disabilities. Together, you can make a dent, but
by yourself, you will have no chance. This is an opportunity, not a defeat,
because now it will give you the opportunity. To organize yourselves, to
meet the threat, head on. Take this issue, and issues like it, and put
together a program, and come together with other like minded persons. And
move forward. I can envision the politicians having to come to you guys
begging you for your votes. I think, you all really need to take time, and
figure out who is willing, and ready to take this on, and you should make it
happen. Things are getting no better, and we have to look after ourselves,
and incurage each other.
 Good luck.

I'm glad to be your humble and obedient servant,

Choose ye this day whom you will serve. If Yahweh be Elohim. Then serve
him, with all of your hart. If bail be your master, then serve him. As for
me and my house, we will serve Yahweh.
Maybe bail is asleep, or has taken a journey. I think you might want to try
and wake him. Because my Yahweh is already on the mountin top. He will be
there when I arrive. Because the earth is his, and the fullness there of.
The earth is his foot stole.

What we need to do now is to encourage our friends to vote with us; by
ourselves we can't effect a change in city government, but if we can get
friends and supporters?
