Hi Governor,

I asked on the blind technology list about screen-reader friendly backup
software.  If you're willing to spend a little money, by far the best
was said to be Casper.  Very easy to use.

For free:
"Microsoft Sync Toy
and Karen's Replicator, are both free and work very well with screen
readers."

was the answer I got.
