Actually, Neal got it right; no fade from the music to the ocean,
but a 
two-second fade-out after the ocean starts; half a second of ocean
before 
the fade starts. Looks fairly easy to do; once Neal mentioned using
the 
selection begin and end function, it all came together for me. Just
cut off 
past about 2 and a half seconds, then use the first half second for
ocean, 
and start the fade after a half second to end of file. No sweat.

Studio Recorder wins again; terrific program and I don't regret
buying it. 
Worth every cent!
