Press alt to get into the menu.
Then press right arrow to get to options and press enter on that.
When the options menu comes up, up or down arrow to default wave format,
and press enter..
When the dialog comes up, tab a few times to get to select wave format;
there are two radio buttons; press up or down arrow to choose mono. Make
sure the button is checked.
Tab to the ok button and activate it. I usually just press enter on it.
You should be back in the main program.
