Can't we use files down in the 6 bit range? I thought I remember
seeing that somewhere last year. I would think you certainly would
want to be able to edit those for your professional recording
studio. (smile).
Kind of reminds me of the time we had Jaws, Window-Eyes, and
Zoomtext on the same computer, and uninstalled Window-eyes. After
the uninstall the only color setting we could get was 4 bit color
and nobody's speech software would load until we reinstalled
Window-eyes.
