[studiorecorder] Help.

I just recorded an NLS formatted tape thinking that, As I have done before, I
could cut the sample rate in half and get the recording back to normal pitch.
However if that command is still in Studio Recorder I can find it.
A perusal of the manual and I don't find it there either. Is that command still
in studio recorder?
Help please.
