Hi Rob,

I bet you are right. The computer is in my classroom where I have students
using Math Flash, Money Talks, and Studio recorder. I did not install
Talking Typer. I am hoping that it will be updated. Hint hint... ;-)

It could be Math Flash too. I get an error saying that it can not initialize
something and after the error, I press enter to say okay and it works. But,
I will download Studio Recorder and see if that fixes the problem first.

Thank you for your response.

Keith

Keith,

I am guessing you are using some combination of various APH products, and
some are old while some are new. I recommend downloading Studio Recorder
from:
http://tech.aph.org/sr_setup.exe

Install that version and see if that helps. If this doesn't help, please
choose Help/About from Studio Recorder, and give me the Studio Recorder
version number, as well as the ComRec version number.

Rob

Subject: [studiorecorder] Error setting default buffer format

Hi,

I received a new computer and I am unable to use Studio Recorder on it.
Each time I load the program, I get the message "Error setting default
buffer format". Is there a way to set it?

Thanks,

Keith
