It's hard for me to say since I don't know exactly what the problem is. The nav
labels liv in the NCX file. You could just make a copy or rename the .ncx file,
rebuild the book, and then put your backup .ncx file bac again or just copy the
"navLabel" elements from the backup. Just keep in mind that if it is the .ncx
file that's causing the problem then restoring the backup just breaks it again.

Thanks Keith! I will wait patiently. Although this is really making me
bonkers. This silly book is only 95 pages but it has 44 nav points because the
chapters are only 2 pages long. Then on top of that, the chapter names are
like a paragraph. Is there any way to save all the nav label info other thank
copy paste each line to a txt document, if I have to start from the .wav files
again?

Hi Sheila.

We'll take a look at this. The person I'd like to try and address it is out
until Monday. He can actually look at your screenshot though I cannot.

Thanks.

Keith

Subject: [studiorecorder] BWP question

Hello Everyone,
I have not been able to get on the BWP Listserv so I am posting this BWP
question here. I am building a book for the Idaho Talking Book program, and of
course we need to meet NLS specs. I have built many books without problems,
but I encountered an error message today and I am not sure how to interpret it.
I have attached a screen shot of the message and a screen shot of the Metadata
screen which is where I think the problem lies. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
