COXES AND SHORE DOODLE POLL ONLY JANUARY & FEBRUARY 2017
Hi ,
After the excesses of Christmas I am sure that many of us will be keen to get
back into the skiff and reacquaint ourselves with those core muscles. None of
it is possible without club members willing to volunteer for Cox and shore duty
. Please help where you can .
There will just be one skiff going out until further notice.
Please add your name to the doodle poll if you are able to Cox or cover shore
duty for any of the rowing sessions. If you could put a C or S beside your name
to indicate which you wish to do .

EASY ROWING ;
ONE boat unless other other wise stated
ONE cox required for the session
ONE shore person required
STRENUOUS ROWING ;
ONE boat unless otherwise stated
NO nominated cox but each boat MUST contain ONE person who has completed cox
training.
ALL rowers will be expected to rotate and cox under supervision
ONE shore person required
A shore person is central to our safety procedures. If you haven't done the cox
training please volunteer to cover the shore , we will tell you what to do .
