[sripedia] Hosting with CommunityColo and archive.org

   To ensure long term sustainability sripedia.org applied for and
   received free web-hosting with CommunityColo. sripedia.org is
   now hosted there and the experimental site will soon follow.
   The initial space allocation is 150 meg which is expected to
   grow over time, because the book images take more space than
   150 meg, Project Guttenberg has allocated sripedia space at
   texts01.archive.org/guttenberg-images/sripedia, this has not yet
   been populated, once it is a link will be available to it from the home
   page.
