Interesting you should ask.  I'm in the process of figuring that out myself.  
I've gotten as far as exporting all the QB data I can to a .IIF file and I'm 
going to write an awk script to convert that to SQL so I can insert it into 
Postgres.  I'll be happy to post it when I'm done.
