[SL] Postgresql db user account

When editing a user through admin.pl, one has to specify a postgresql user
account.

My intuition tells me the sql-ledger pg account is not a good option.
What is everyone using? If you aren't using the sql-ledger account, what
rights does the account you use have in the database?
