[SL] Chinese Big 5


My setup is:

SL/Apache2/RH8.0
I had made the defaule language= tw in the apache language section.

Hi, my SL is up and running, but have a problem. I setup the dataset as
Traditional Chinese. If the client uses Netscape, he only needs to change
the encoding the first time during the whole session. That is good, but with
Netscape, the Chinese writing pad can't generate Chinese. If the client uses
Internet Explorer, he needs to change the encoding every time the screen is
refresthed. However, the Chinese writing pad can write Chinese correctly.
How can I change the setup that the client's internet explorer does not have
to changed the encoding every time just like Netscape does?
