Here you go guys,
We are having a long meeting next week on the 21st April from 12pm-3pm.
I need everyone to read the minutes and Winston will send out an email
delegating tasks to everyone that need to be completed by this meeting.
I need to know who can attend and who cant. This is an important meeting before
the Easter Break.
We need to book a room for this meeting- Kar can you do this?
