Hey guys,
Is it necessary to do sorta like lucky draw? Cause with that we will have to
print out ticket numbers etc for them. Unless we have spontaneous quiz?
Something on petroleum stuff/Apache?

Hey all,
We could do the following. Prior to the start of the event you could give each
of them a piece of paper of some sort
with a number or something on it. WE should have an identical copy of that as
well.THen we grab their attention towards the end of the night and invite the
apache rep to draw lots from say a jar or box and the two that gets called out
wins the prize!!! let me know what you think.
