The site offers a number of features, from the "Elder Health at Your Fingertips"
section with its useful alphabetical collection of conditions of particular
relevance for older adults, to the section on "Health Care Decisions" with
information on topics to consider. Among the areas of special interest is an
enlightening article on the aging process itself, covering a number of the more
obvious aspects about growing older, including changes in weight, height and the
proportion of fat in body composition, as well as changes in the regulation of 
body
systems. Additional sections keep tabs on the latest relevant medical research,
while a glossary of commonly used terms can shed some light on medical topics.
