[sociate] What should I use to re-build my site?

I could use a litle advice. This site is mostly the output of NetObjects
<http://netobjects.com/products/html/nof8.html> Fusion, an app I've been
using as long as I've been creating sites for the Web. Some things it does
elegantly, others it doesn't. For example, a couple years back, it took me a
month of struggling to figure out how to embed my Blogger blog on the home
page, which is what you're reading now (thanks for the help,
<http://smallbusinessblogging.com/> Griff!).
A month ago, while moving all my software to a new drive, I reinstalled
Fusion (just barely -- they don't let you store the upgrades and I was four
days from the end of my extended download period, a $5 premium; yeex) and
tried importing all my styles off the old drive. The style with which I last
published here is highly customized with CSS and other stuff I couldn't
replicate now if I wanted to. Not having that custom style means I can't
update this site, which opens the door for shifting to a new platform
altogether. So...
Some requirements:
* I have to be able to manage the site myself. No farming it out to
others.
* I want to host multiple sites (maybe a half dozen) using the same
tools.
* Each site might have normal web pages, a blog and a wiki.
* I'd appreciate a little visual flexibility
Some alternatives:
* Install a blogging tool such as <http://wordpress.org/> WordPress,
<http://www.blosxom.com/> Blosxom or <http://www.movabletype.org/> Movable
Type, then customize it to do what I want;
* Install a wiki engine such as <http://moin.sourceforge.net/>
MoinMoin, <http://www.kwiki.org/> KWiki (and then
<http://www.kwiki.org/index.cgi?KwikiBlog> KwikiBlog?) or
<http://www.oddmuse.org/cgi-bin/wiki> Oddmuse;
* Install a CMS that lets me plug those other things in, such as
<http://www.postnuke.com/> PostNuke (then
<http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/> phpWiki?),
<http://www.drupal.org/> drupal or even <http://www.mamboserver.com/>
Mambo;
* Host my site on an interesting service such as
<http://www.editme.com/> Editme, Bill Seitz'
<http://www.teamflux.com/FrontPage> TeamFlux or Kenneth Tyler's
<http://www.seedwiki.com/> Seed Wiki, none of which look flexible enough for
my needs.
I'm no coder. If I have to learn a language, I lean toward Python more than
Perl or PHP. I'm not interested in Java and definitely won't head to .Net.
I'm not crazy about mixing and matching to get this done. I'm also pretty
happy with Blogger (moreso if it had
<http://www.movabletype.org/trackback/> Trackback), which I can fit into any
other framework, so it's not a priority to replace.
Some resources:
* <http://www.lights.com/weblogs/tools.html> Two
<http://www.asymptomatic.net/blogbreakdown.htm> comparisons of blogging
tools and services,
* <http://www.opensourcecms.com/> Two good
<http://www.cmsmatrix.org/> sites that cover CMSes, and
* The Wikipedia's <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wiki_software> list
of wiki software.
Am I even asking the right questions? I'd love any and all advice and will
report back the results of my quest.
