[soapcraft] Scales

When Liz was discussing scales I knew it would be something of interest to
you Mandy seeing as you're having problems with scales.

I have a salter brand of scales that I paid I think about $160 for about 8
years ago when I was seriously into making chocolate truffles (which proved
not good for my waistline and I gave up very quickly).  My scales have been
incredibly accurate and I swear by them, fabulous for both baking and soap
making.

Perhaps others have suggestions about brands they use.
