Warm greetings from the Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD)
in Bangkok, Thailand

On behalf of APCD, I am pleased to inform you about the Training of
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for Visually Impaired Persons
(VIPs), to be conducted in Bangkok from 15 November - 8 December 2005. For
the details of this training, please see the enclosed General Information

information.
