Hi All: ICEVI is cooperating with ONCE and WBU on this initiative and I wanted you to be aware of this unique opportunity for students that you think might meet the criteria and be interested in applying. I have promised ONCE and WBU that ICEVI would do everything it could to distribute information about this Children's Congress. Please pass this information on to teachers, schools or children that you think might be interested in knowing about it.
