 program to familly having disabled children  or  meeting with serious 
difficulties. 

Please give the exact information of children : 

-Fullname of mother and child. 

-Address. 

-Phone number (in case  having). 

-Women and children in HCMC first. 

-Giving  information before 20th of August 2009.
