Hi all.
I'm starting playng with mi ibook and slackintosh, but I have some problems.
The more annoying is that the ibbok get hot ( at least hotter than when it
runs with MacOsX).
Everithing seems to be related to the modules that control the fan, and the
temperatures, and it get hotter when running on battery than when it runs on
AC.
The first problem is related to run-parts, as when I disconnect the machine
from AC, I get some errors complainings with run-parts not been invoked
correctly.
The other is that when I disconnect the machine from AC sometimes I read in
the logs that therm_adt746x would raise the temperatures limits of about 5
degrees.
This obviously makes it hotter as it will start fan later then the normal
behavior.
Any idea on this ?
Pigi
