I understand your worries, I haven't started yet to build any -current
bits but I'm going to stick as close as possible to Slackware so, yes,
it will be KDE4 (which I'm running atm and it's not that bad if you have
*LOTS* of resources ;-) )
However:
ftp://ftp.slackware.com/pub/slackware/unsupported/kde-3.5.10-for-slack13.0/
is still there and I think, if it will not be too difficult, I could try
to import it in the next build but, please, keep in mind it will be very
low on priority.
