Groan, actual kernel headers are a little b0rked anyway: looks like
"make headers_install" is forgetting to copy over some needed files
(like linux/linkage.h), I reverted back to the old way of copying
folders from /usr/src/linux-$VERSION/include, I'll upload fixed-but-old
kernel headers with the upcoming batch.
Whole new kernel update needs a little more time :)
