I spotted the problem while trying to save the mac mini from the half
upgrade and I think there's at least another program in a/ which will
produce this error. Anyway, to fix it, I went the other way around:
taking a quick look in /var/log/packages you can see that scsi/scsi.h is
provided by both glibc and kernel-headers and, right now, is the only
conflicting header file in both packages.
I explodepkged the glibc txz and overwrite /usr/include/scsi/scsi.h with
the glibc one: everything works fine again. I'll upload a new
kernel-headers package soon without that file, together with a note on
how to replace it.
