My fastest PPC machine is a 400 MHz G3 iMac.=A0 It took 3 hours for that
machine to compile MythTV - while just in console mode.=A0 That's no X=2C n=
o firefox.=A0=20

The
Slackintosh project is good for the environment - it reduces CO2 levels
=3B)


Can you describe your build machine?=A0=20

Can you recommend a cross-compiler that you know works well?=A0 An x86 tool=
kit that produces PPC binaries?=A0 I tried crosstool +1 year ago=2C but it =
didn't seem to work well=2C I didn't trust the results it produced.
