Hello case,

which kernel version do you use? I made a slapt-get repo for the "specials" of 
iBook-G4 (>Jul05). Take a look on it: 
http://slackintosh.workaround.ch/pub/contrib/thorsten/iBook 

There're a kernel-packages, alsa-packages, synaptic packages, my 
keyboard-layout ....
