Hello all...

...Winter Storm now in effect for all of RI except for Northwest Providence
county.
Snowfall expected is still 4 to 8 inches. Snow should start later this
morning and become more steady this afternoon. SKYWARN will be short of the
self activation, so please send your reports to the NWS, or email them to me
and I will forward them.

...I will be listening on 76 for much of the day...so I may take some amounts
over the repeater. This will be the last email on the threat. Take is easy
if your out and about today.
