.... HEAVY RAIN IS POSSIBLE LATE SATURDAY INTO EARLY SUNDAY.  WIDESPREAD1 TO 
2 INCHES OF RAIN IS LIKELY ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND SATURDAY 
AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...WITH POCKETS OF AROUND 3INCHES POSSIBLE.  
STREET 
FLOODING AND SIGNIFICANT RISES IN SMALLSTREAMS MAY OCCUR.  RAINFALL 
APPROACHING 3 INCHES IN 12 HOURS COULDINITIATE SMALL STREAM FLOODING.

IN ADDITION...EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE LATE SATURDAY ANDSATURDAY 
NIGHT.  A FEW OF THOSE THUNDERSTORMS MAY BE STRONG ANDPRODUCE HAIL AND WIND 
GUSTS OVER 50 MPH.

SKYWARN ACTIVATION IS NOT ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME TODAY.  SKYWARN ACTIVATION 
MAY NEED TO BE CONSIDERED LATE SATURDAY AFTERNOON ORNIGHT IF NEW DATA SUGGEST 
THAT SOME OF THE THUNDERSTORMS WILLAPPROACH SEVERE.  SPOTTERS MAY ALSO BE 
ASKED TO MONITOR STREAMLEVELS SATURDAY NIGHT AND/OR SUNDAY MORNING...IF THE 
HEAVY 
RAIN MATERIALIZES.
