Floyd-
You should nothing of the sort. Why would you stop the process? That
will only sabotage the cooperative. You seem to be missing a vital
point. I feel like Gypsy has made it clear that this is only a delay.
We missed out on the 2007 grant money, so we have to wait until 2008.
As he stated in the last email, this is not even a month away. There is
no crisis, but we do still need to find a fiscal agent.
