[sjbiofuels] Grant











Hello Everyone,

     I apologize for not being at the last couple of meetings, I have been very 
busy.  I am writing to let you know that the possibility of a grant looks good 
so far.  In order to get it we are going to need either a 501 c-3 or find 
another organization to funnel the money through.  I am thinking the latter 
will be the best and speediest option.   Though let it be known that this 
organization needs to be a trustworthy one because once the grant money is in 
their possession there is nothing anyone can legally do to make sure they 
follow through with the transfer.  I don't mean to freak anyone out with this 
bit of info, most all of these transactions work just fine.  I still have some 
people to talk to before I can say that it's a sure thing.  In the mean time I 
do need to know where we are with the 501 c-3/conduit organization status.  I 
am also wondering when and where the next meeting is, I do plan on being there 
this time.
