[sibsug] Using descriptive attributes

Hi All,
We are looking at the best place on IBS to record furniture that we provide
tenants and replacement furniture and wondered if "descriptive attributes" is
the best place.
Does anyone else:
use this facility;
if so are there any pitfalls that we should look out for;
recommend any other part of IBS where this info may be best recorded.
