I'm considering putting forward an enhancement request for better management of qualifying repairs in OPENHousing but want to check how other organisations process this. Our SOR elements are identified as a qualifying repair in the description. We have the RTR flag against the element ticked, but Capita have confirmed this isn't currently used by any module. We manually check the RTR box in the job details and then produce a letter through ad-hoc documents which pulls through the primary contractor. The secondary contractor details are "hard coded" into the Word document template and are manually changed if necessary. Is this how most of you work with QRs or is there perhaps an easier way of dealing with them?
