Hi Chris
We moved from monthly debits to weekly debits.
Had considered 4 weekly but came across an issue with one off weekly HB
payments leading to the 4 weekly cycle running out of sync with HB (i.e.
each year is 52 weeks + approx 1.5 days. It is how HB deal with the
additional week this leads to every 4 to 5 years that you have to be
aware of)
 
We haven't resolved all the issues yet but give me a ring if you want to
see where we are with it.

Hi All

 

If you have transferred from running a rent debit based on a calendar
month to four weeks can you please let me know how it went and whether
you encountered any problems.  We are considering changing to resolve
issues we get with technical arrears balances where local authorities
issue HB based on a four week cycle.

 

Any information would be appreciated.
