Dear Tim,
do you mean that if I use F4 AS A HOTKEY IN SIBELIUS, IT WILL DISTURB F4's
BEHAVIOUR OUTSIDE SIBELIUS TO?
CHEERS,

  Hi,

Because Windows itself uses the F4 key for a lot of combinations, we thought
it was safer to leave it be.

  Best wishes.

  Dear Dan,
I found that the F 4 key WAS NOT USED FOR ANYTHING FOR THE MOMENT IN
SIBELIUS. I USED IT TO CREATE MYSELF A SHORT CUT FOR ENTERING EXPRESSION. AM
I RIGHT IN saying that it's not used and do you plan to use it in the near
  future?
  Cheers,
