Hi:
Just select the f12 in the Sibelius, and you will find quarter sharp and
quarter flat.
After that, select the place that contains the quarter tones,
Then open, the blug ins, and play back, then quarter tones,
Hit ok, and it's done,
But take care that it's a distructive editing, which mean s that you can't
get your notes back if you don't like the results.
So, always make a save before proceeding.
