[sib-access] Re: quarter tone

Hi there Saeed,

I take it you mean having key signatures including quarter tones (E.G. 
having an A that is between A and A Sharp)? I myself am quite curious 
about this. Also, I'd be glad to know if it would be possible to play 
that note using Midi. Looking at the way Midi notes are generated using 
computer binary notation, I don't see a way for quarter notes to fit in, 
but I thought I'd still ask, just to be sure.
