[sib-access] creating a tie

Hi,
It's already a long time ago, that somebody on this list had problems
creating ties in Sibelius with his laptop kezboard. Well, I have a new
laptop and have the same problem now. My enter key isn-t considered to be a
part of the numpad, when numlock is turned on. What was the suggested
kezstroke for this problem, and what is the command called to add this
shortcut too?
