The fact that both staves have different names now is an internal concern only. I'll update the plug-in to change the internal names on both staves for neatness, but I don't think you have anything to worry about. Just to be on the safe side, I'm checking this with a few other plug-in developers. If it turns out that I've got this wrong then I'll update the plug-in as part of the next release.
