[sib-access] changing instrument names of a grand staff

Hi, I want to change the name "Harpsichord" indo "Basso Continuo". If I do that
with the instrument name dialog, I only can rename the right hand. If I
navigate to the left hand, Jaws still says "Harpsichord". Can you help me?
