[sib-access] can't export audio

hi all:
am using sibelius 5.2, but i have some problems when exporting to audio,
i got a message saying that, not all instruments r associated with kontakt
or something like that, so, i'll not be able to listen to all the
instruments through kontakt player.
i hit ok, to proceed, but, after i listened to the wave file, i found that,
some instruments didn't play correctly, latency etc, cause they were from
the yamaha synth not the kontact, what shall i do, to tell sibelius to play
all the instruments from kontakt player?
