No reason why it shouldn't work. Did you make sure you selected the entire 
score before transposing?

Hi all:
I have a small score that I need to transpose it,
I made it in F major and I need to change the key signature, and I need the
melody to be in D major.
So, I tried to use the transpose feature, but the melody didn't change
Any help willl be highly abbreciated
