I think you'll get everything you need to know by reading the Sibelius 5
Reference manual, starting at section 4.4 Sibelius Sounds Essentials. It
gives step-by-step instruction on how to set it up to use in playback, so
can be used for any sound set activation.

Hi,
I have tried going to vsl.co.at, but I didn't see any videos regarding
loading Vienna into Sibelius in particular. It may be part of a tutorial,
but I didn't see it having a tutorial of its own. And by the way, are you
sure the tutorial video would be useful to someone who is totally blind?

Thanks.
