[sib-access] Re: Sibelius 7?

I'm not an expert on this, but Qt is framework for designing graphical 
user interface for cross-platform.
Their accessibility is not as good as native GUI, but developers don't 
have to build a separate interface for each platform (I.E. Windows and Mac).
