[sib-access] Sib access problem again

hi all:
i installed the sibelius 5.2 and the sib speaking with jaws 8,
and i enable the blug in,
but i load a score with only one staff in it, when i hit write or left
errow, i got "nothing selected press tap" and when i hit tap, i got, count 1
par 4.
And, on my other machine,
when i do anytnig i got,
stop blug in.
nothing changed i make a restart etc but the same problem,
any ideas well be highly abbreciated.
