Sarah,

If it is due to the graphics rotation and the hotkeys being enabled (I also
have a Dell so know all about this) then it could have happened any time a
display driver was updated, whether you knew about it or not. If you do have
a Dell, I would strongly advise you take a look at this to turn off that
"feature".
