Is there a keyboard shortcut for the bottom note, second note, third note, and top note filters? -----Original Message----- From: sib-access-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:sib-access-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Dale Lieser Sent: Sunday, March 28, 2010 6:05 AM To: sib-access@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [sib-access] Selecting Notes Annabelle, When you're filtering for specific members of a chord remember these things, which have tripped me up a time or two: 1. Select your measures in the normal way, either by using ctrl+shift+right, or by using ctrl+f9 as the marker and shift+f9 to make the selection. 2. Filter for whichever chord member you're wanting. Remember that this step only refines your selection, but nothing is actually copied yet. 3. Use ctrl+c to copy that modified selection, that is your filtered selection, to the clipboard. 4. Paste if necessary. The filter tool helped me once I realized that it's a way to hone a selection. It might seem obvious to most, but I had to play with that and learn it. Hope this helps.
