Hi, OK, that's your problem - if you've copied the Jaws files into the Personalized Settings folder they're in the wrong place - they need to be one level up from that position, typically: c:\documents and settings\(your user name)\application data\freedom scientific\jaws\(jaws version)\settings\enu Best wishes. I have the education discound version of Sibelius 5.. Is that the same as student version? I have done the upgraid to 5.25, but it's not saying Sibelius 5.25 in the shortcut. Should it do that? I have executed each of the registry (.REG) files to install the keys. There are a lot of Sib files under personalized settings. It appears that you have the plug-ins placed in the correct location. Other things to check: The scripts need to be installed in your user settings folder, so on an XP machine, would be GO to start menu P for programs J for your JAWS version right arrow twice to land on Explore my settings Therein should be the JAWS scripts provided with Sib-Access. Did you execute each of the registry (.REG) files to install the keys? Other thoughts: Are you using a U.S. or U.K. keyboard? I think that's necessary. Are you running this under English? Are you running Sibelius 5.25, and not a demo version? It will not work with a demo or a student version. Do you mean Ctrl+F1? If you open the plug-in menu (Alt+u) do you have a submenu called "access"? If not, then I recommend going over the entire installation of Sib-Access again to make sure all portions (JAWS, Registry, Application Data) have been installed. I don't know anything about Windows 7 so I'm only looking at the functionality of Sib-Access itself. If you are then you can adjust the properties of the Sibelius shortcut to allow it to run in Windows XP compatibility mode. Can you please confirm which flavour of Windows 7 uyou've got? Best wishes.
