What are the main differences between your and your friend's PC? operatings
system? OS language? Keyboard layout language? Jaws version? Screen
resolution? Programs running in the background?

Subject: *****SPAM***** [sib-access] Two questions

Hello,

I have newly discovered sibelius access and I found it very enjoyable and
amazing to work on sibelius with it.

However, as most of newcomers, I am making my debut on this email-list with
two questions.

First problem I encountered has occured on my computer:

When I am navigating in a score either with tab and shift+tab or arrow keys,
sometimes jaws will not read the current item. I can hear the notes
changing in pitch, so I know I have selected the next item. but Jaws only
repeats the last item it has spoken. Actually after I go back and forth with
arrows or tab, finally it reads the current item but this slows down the
work very much. What do you think could be the cause of this?

Second was that I helped a friend to install sibelius access on his computer
after my amazement with it. However, just in the moment that we thought we
sorted out everything like correcting issues which were described on the
music access home page, this problem occured: Whenever we tried to navigate,
it kept saying "tool windows need fixing". we did "fix tool windows" from
"ctrl+f1" dialogue, and everytime it kept saying that properties window
cannot be opened and we should do it through the window menu. We did it.
However our attempts to navigate the score has failed, so did my showing
off, of course. I hope you can give me an idea how to sort this out and save
my being from dehumiliation.

Joke aside, Thanks in advance for anyone who may help me.

Regards,
Ugur
