Not sure. In the old Sib with Sib Speaking there was a way to set the
playback properties dialog to allow more repeats. Don't know if this is
accessible with Sib-Access.
How about you just copy the bars you want repeated 4 to 8 times and forget
about the repeat bars? Not pretty, but it will play the way you want it.
If you're strictly interested in the score so that another musician will
play that section 8 times then simply put a text instruction over the
starting repeat with the words "Repeat 8 time". this will not tell Sibelius
to repeat 8 times but will tell the performer to do so.

i know how to incert the start repeat and end repeat bars, but how to tell
sibelius to repeat this section more than 1 time?
i'll repeat from mesure 4 to mesure8 4 times
